1.General

These general conditions of sales are binding if no other conditions have been declared as applicable in the offer or the confirmation of Skartnak.com. Customer orders with Skartnak.com website are binding. Information contained on this publication may be changed at any time without prior notice.

2. Privacy of Information

When you contact us via email, Skartnak.com collects your email address in a secure manner. Your email address will not be shared with others and it will be used only for your orders and Skartnak.com promotional advertisings (newsletters etc) .

3. Prices

The list prices are net, and inclusive VAT unless otherwise arranged. Skartnak.com reserves the right to adapt the prices to offset concrete cost increases. (for example, material costs, exchange rate fluctuations). All prices are subject to change without notice prior to confirmation of an order, but no product will be shipped at increased prices without prior notification.

4. Order

Buyer may order on-line on this site. The different stages of logging your order are validated successively, with final validation at the end of the process. You can decide to abort the order at any stage of this process. Your order can only be accepted against advance payment You must :
- Accept those conditions
- Give a valid email address
- Fill up the form with all details
- Confirm the order and payment
- The payment is due at the time of ordering. or within 10 days.

The sales order confirmation sent by the buyer will be valid the same as his signature and is a proof of acceptation of our conditions. Skartnak.com will then return the sales order confirmation directly to the customer after completion of the purchase order transaction.

Postal transfer must be done within 10 days after order has been completed.
Any delay will result in canceling the order.

6. Delivery time

The delivery time is specified in the confirmation of order/contract and is usualy within 48 hours after receipt of payment. The delivery time may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances (as for example delivery delays from our material suppliers). The merchandise is sent by post. Not insured. It is possible to send « against signature » in this case please contact skartnak.com who will inform you of the additional price to be paid. Whichever way the parce will be sent, skartnak.com will inform the buyer with all necessary information to trace the parcel online ! The parcels are sent at full risk of the buyer. Skartnak.com takes great care in wrapping up the products using special packaging. Any complaints regarding damage, delay or loss must be forwarded to skartnak.com by email. Complaints of suspected bad packing must be done upon receipt of parcel to the postman and the result forwarded to skartnak.com on the same day. Unsuspected damages must be reported within 48h from the receipt of the goods to skartnak.com. The CD’s are sent in an envelop in order to save on postage.

7. Dispatch

The method of dispatch may be selected by the customer.(See #6) Without any shipping instructions from the customer, skartnak.com will send the parcel by post and uninsured. We suggest to gather all products in one order. You will then save on postage expenses. Skartnak.com will send as many parcels to one address as ordered if orders has been done separately. Buyer will then have to pay postage for each delivery.

8. Return of goods

The return of goods requires written approval of skartnak.com. and can be done only if the article is defective. Are considered as defective the CD’s or clothes in bad condition or visible stains etc. All sizes of clothes are very precisely mentioned in our store. Buyer has to check sizes before ordering. The charges for shipping the item(s) back to skartnak.com will be paid by the customer.

9. Liability

Skartnak.com will do everything to ensure the best quality service possible. Neverthless skartnak.com cannot be held responsible for delay etc due to internet or electric dysfunction.

10. Cancellation and force majeur

No Party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster). Any Party asserting Force Majeure as an excuse shall have the burden of proving that reasonable steps were taken (under the circumstances) to minimize delay or damages caused by foreseeable events, that all non-excused obligations were substantially fulfilled, and that the other Party was timely notified of the likelihood or actual occurrence which would justify such an assertion, so that other prudent precautions could be contemplated. If over 30 days the order will be cancelled automatically. Furthermore skartnak.com may cancel any contract at any time without previous notice. In this case skartnak.com will refund the buyer in prorata.
